NEW YORK, Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Career Blazers LLC, a provider of
diversified staffing, training and accounting services, has agreed to sell its
Commercial Division in a management buy-out led by Thomas A. Bickes, CEO, and
a group of senior managers, as well as Cravey Greene & Whalen (CGW), a private
equity investment firm based in Atlanta. The Commercial Division, which
operates through 141 locations in 19 states, under StaffingSolutions,
Personnel One and ProDriver brands is being acquired by a newly formed company
named Employment Solutions. Career Blazers will continue to operate its
remaining professional staffing and training businesses under the brands
"Career Blazers" and "AccountingSolutions."
Employment Solutions is headquartered in Atlanta, with senior management
led by Chief Executive Officer, Thomas A. Bickes. Mr. Bickes stated, "This
transaction represents a tremendous opportunity for our management, employees
and customers. It is our intention to set a dramatic new direction for our
staffing business. We are backed by the substantial resources and expertise
of CGW, which has been a terrific partner in completing this transaction and
